Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pour enough BBQ sauce onto each shell and spread out in a thin layer with a spoon to cover the crust.
  3. Take leftover rotisserie chicken or any type of chicken you have in your fridge and pulled it apart or cut it up and put as much onto the pizzas as you'd like. Distribute it even on both pizzas.
  4. Thinly slice the onion and evenly distribute it between both pizza crusts.
  5. Take a handful of cilantro on each pizza and evenly distributed as a topping.
  6. Take a handful of cheese and distribute it evenly onto each pizza.
  7. Pop both pizzas on a cookie sheet into the oven at 400 degrees, for 12 minutes. Start watching your pizzas at 10 minutes so they don't burn. All ovens cook differently so your pizza may be done as soon as 10 minutes or as long as 13 minutes. The cheese will melt and the crust will get really golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice and enjoy!
