- 2 eggs hard boiled
- 2-3 green onions
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise any kind you like
- 1 Tbsp. Whole Food's Pale Ale Dijon Mustars or any kind you use
- Few grinds Pepper
- 1 piece Ezekial Sprouted Grains Toast

- Peel and chop eggs. Add the chopped onions and other ingredients. Toast your toast and then spread. Super fast and easy and packs a protein punch for your gym workout!
